While Ramesh is in Beijing trying to bring home the gold, Dinesh and Sonya take care of business on the In Conversation front...

Sonya explains all about the upcoming DTV Transition, and what it means for Darshan viewers.  In a nutshell: if you're watching us via cable, satellite or fiber, it won't affect you.  If you are watching us over-the-air (with bunny ears, as Dinesh says) then you will not be able to receive the MHz Networks signal from September 1st until February 17th, 2009...and after February 17th, you'll have to upgrade to a digital television, or obtain a digital converter box.  More information can be found at www.dtv.gov, or click on the countdown clock at www.mhznetworks.org.

Dinesh marvels over Michael Phelps' eight gold medals...only 7 more than India has won (so far...)

Sonya explains how CNN is expanding its domestic news operations to 10 more cities...and wonders if they're hiring...

Dinesh reports how Wall Street's misfortunes in the economic downturn are having a positive effect for India.
